Sheryl Gottschall
Hello! I’m the owner and manager of the BodyLight Centre based in Brisbane western suburbs, Australia. My personal journey into healing began in earnest in 1995 when I developed a chronic illness that spanned a decade. My search for healing led me to understand that being healthy requires more than eating a healthy diet and that we also need a good balance of emotional and spiritual food. On my journey I explored many modalities and spiritual teachings while I searched for the golden threads of healing. This led me to Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Meditation practices, Aura Soma colour therapy, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, Shamanism, Soul Contracts and the Afterlife. Like those before me and those who follow, I’ve walked the many roads to healing and what it means to be human. I now love to share with others what I’ve learned. Since 1997 I’ve worked as a holistic therapist offering a variety of therapies, teachings and understandings to help people find their path to a soulful, well and happy life.
