Sheryl Gottschall
Hello! I’m the owner and manager of the BodyLight Centre based in the western suburbs of Brisbane, Australia. My personal journey into healing began in earnest in 1995 when I developed a chronic illness that spanned a decade. My search for healing led me to understand that being healthy requires more than eating a healthy diet and that we also need a good balance of emotional and spiritual food. On my journey I explored many modalities and spiritual teachings while I searched for the golden threads of healing. This led me to Reiki and Seichim, Hypnotherapy, Meditation Practices, Aura Soma Colour Therapy, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, Shamanism, Soul Contracts, the Afterlife and the Paranormal.
During that decade of illness I experienced many anomalous experiences which included a near death experience (NDE), out of body experiences, bi-location (being in two places at once), automatic writing, UFO sightings and a close encounter with non-human intelligences (ETs), increased synchronicity, and the emergence of psychic abilities, all which occurred spontaneously. I had no mentor at the time but I now look back on that decade as a time of direct initiation by Spirit which catalysed me into exploring all of the above, which I still do today.
Like those before me and those who follow, I’ve walked many roads exploring healing, human existence and the unseen realms. I now love to share with others what I’ve learned. Since 1997 I’ve worked as a holistic therapist offering a variety of therapies, teachings and understandings to help people find their path to a healthy, balanced and soulful life.
It would be my honour to serve you on your life path by sharing what I have learned through first hand experiences.
